An optimized web browser based off of Mozilla source code and the Gecko engine.

Cyberfox Web Browser is an alternative web browser built on top of Mozilla's Firefox browser, though unlike Firefox, is optimized for several different systems including those with a 64-bit operating system installed.

Note that Cyberfox has discontinued development and no future versions will become available.

The program features a similar interface to Firefox and can also take advantage of plug-ins and addons created specifically for Firefox. Not to forget, you can also import all of your Firefox settings into Cyberfox meaning switching to Cyberfox is easy and painless for the most part. After installation, this web browser will also automatically use all of your Firefox profile data so that you most visited sites, bookmarks, etc. will follow with you.

The program also takes advantage of the Windows 8 SDK and is completely open source.

A cool addition to Cyberfox found within the menus are the options to clean the cache and restart the app. The about:config configuration page also offers the opportunity for further optimization and enabling/disabling of geolocation.

What version of Windows can Cyberfox run on?

Cyberfox can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
